Extended Stay America Suites- San Ramon - Bishop Ranch - West

Out of all the Extended Stays in the area, this is by far the best one. The room was clean, the property was clean, no crazy people fighting in the parking lot, no loud neighbors arguing, i dont have to smell smoke and weed all over the place, no extremely smelly food permeating the halls and room. Just a quiet, stress free experience. For me, its a bit longer of a drive from my location when i come to town but it's the worth it!

I am having a great experience staying at this Extended Stay hotel, and I especially want to recognize the manager, Sonia. She was professional, kind, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. Sonia went above and beyond to make sure everything was comfortable and handled promptly, which made a big difference. The hotel was clean, quiet, and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Thanks to Sonia’s excellent management, my stay was stress-free and pleasant. I would definitely recommend this location and would stay here again.

I’ve been staying at this hotel for a couple of months and I just wanted to say how this has been a pleasant experience here because of Daniel front desk. Please don’t get me wrong the whole staff is really wonderful but Daniel has been there for us since the beginning of the stay! Daniel has been so respectful and supportive at all times!Daniel is Amazing! Also the management is wonderful Thank you Daniel and the whole staff for your kindness Much appreciated

Right off the freeway making it easy for me to go to work everyday. Or to get anywhere. Within 30 minutes of most major cities in both directions Also by far the best extended stay America I have ever been to, and I have been to many different locations! The rooms very clean and spacious, which is important to me because I'm staying with my family while house hunting. The staff have been super sweet no matter what shift we have gone to the office, and everything's been easy going. No complaint on my end, been here almost a week already and not one time have I had a problem.

Recently my wife and I together with our toddler have been traveling quite a bit. The last 2 months we stayed at this Extended Stay America for about 2 months. I cannot say enough how pleased and delighted we are to have stayed at this hotel! The first day we checked in, the beautiful staff member who checked us in was so welcoming and throughout our stay it was the same with their entire staff - just professional and helpful. Everything was clean and in its place. The housekeeping personnel for our 3rd floor was always on point with her service. We felt like we got the 'white glove' treatment every time she came. And anything extra that you needed, day or night, it was readily provided with a smile, especially from the Manager Mr. Shehzad. He's a cool and awesome guy. He and his team will make you feel at home - like you're in a high-end 5 star resort. They really take pride in their hospitality service and take very good care of their guests in the process. If we're ever in this Northern California area again this would be where we would elect to stay. Five Stars All around ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

"I've been living here for two months and I'm absolutely delighted. I rented a studio apartment, which is a complete unit with a kitchen, refrigerator, and stove. They also provide dishes and a coffee maker. Every morning there's coffee, muffins, and Nutrigran bars. They clean every two weeks, changing towels, blankets, and replenishing toilet paper. I pay a very reasonable rent that includes electricity and water, which is a huge convenience. The rooms aren't noisy, and the neighbors are wonderful. They have a laundry room, a walking area, and ample parking. And the service is excellent: they always greet me warmly, and the service is incredibly fast. When I had a couple of minor issues, they took care of them right away." Near gas station, shops, and highway

T thank you for having this place for us to go to. And also the dog being able to be with us is an extra Plus...All of the staff have been great. Daniel especially in the beginning made me feel very comfortable.. my son and I have been here for quite a while and I feel quite safe here.. every time we needed something fixed it was done quite quickly. I would recommend this place to anyone for any amount of time. Never have we had any criminal activities here and that's a big plus...
